Our rental agreeement is a simple and clear contract between our company and the customer. It writes on the details of the driver, the car rental period, the amount and the 100% insurance without any excess.
Insurance
Our insurance company is «Allianz». We have a comprehensive insurance that covers all car rentals. It covers universal third party and theft without any excess to the customer.
Our insurance agreement covers 100% of the vehicle ensuring that you get 100% worry free motoring.
No insurance coverage shall apply to:
- Damages or theft of personal belongings kept in the car.
- Any incident inside the car during transport by ship or any other means.
- Any incident while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Accidents caused when the driver has not been declared in the rental contract.

Driving License
The driver and all additional drivers must hold a driving license authorized by the competent authorities, issued at least one year prior to the rental.
Age Requirements
The minimum age for a driver and all additional drivers is 23 y.o.
Road traffic offences
All fines and any other consequences shall be borne by the renter.

Kosmos Rent A Car accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, VISA, Master Card
Vehicle categories are subject to change. Kosmos Rent a Car holds the right to supply the same category or greater, pending on availability.
